What we collect

Your email address, used to sign you in and to reach you about Walls.

What you log in the app: the dances you save, your comfort level on each, the nights you log, and (for contributors) the official bar nights you record. This is the product. It is stored so it can be shown back to you and, in aggregated form, on bar pages.

An optional profile photo, if you choose to upload one.

If you import your dance list by pasting notes, an AI service reads the text to pick out the dance names, and the pasted text is stored with your account.

If you import a setlist from a screenshot, the image is read once to pull out song titles and is not kept.

What shows up publicly

Bar pages show aggregate play counts: which dances get played and how often. They never show who logged them, and nothing on Walls displays your email.

Services we run on

Walls runs on Cloudflare (hosting) and Supabase (database and sign-in). Dance tutorial videos are embedded from YouTube and song links point to Spotify; when you play or open those, their privacy policies apply.

Walls uses Amplitude for usage analytics, on the website and in the app, to understand which features get used: things like opening a dance page or running the driller. This is tied to your account.

Deleting your account

You can delete your account from the Account screen in the app or on the website. This removes your profile, your photo, your library, your practice history, the nights you logged, and any notes you pasted into the importer.
