How this list is built
Every dance on this list was logged at a real night at Wide Open Saloon. It’s a small sample so far, not a full play-by-play, but nothing here is guessed. Learn the ones at the top and you’ll walk in already knowing what’s likely to come on. Each new logged night sharpens the ranking.
What a first night is like
You don’t need a partner and you don’t need to know everything. Rows form, a familiar song comes on, and you follow along. Knowing even three of the regulars means you’re dancing within your first song or two. Watching the rest is how you pick up the next ones.
